Description:  Cervaplexx I3C contains indole-3-carbinol, a natural substance found in cruciferous vegetables (cabbage, broccoli, etc) that has been shown to positively impact the conversion of estradiol to 2-OH-estrone rather than the potentially carcinogenic 16a-OH-estrone.

Suggested Use:  As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule daily or as directed by your physician.
