Description: Uses: Black cohosh has been used to help manage some symptoms of menopause and as an alternative to HRT therapy. It may be useful for hypercholesteremia treatment or peripheral arterial disease.
Dosing: The crude root has been administered at daily doses of 40 to 200 mg/day in clinical studies, although historically, higher doses of 1 g of root have been used.
