  • The information you provide in the Ask a Pharmacist form will be treated confidentially and viewed only by our pharmacists. Please provide as much information as possible. This will help our pharmacists to better assist you with your medication.
  • Some questions may require a phone call from our pharmacists to obtain additional information in completing your inquiry.
  • A confidential email response will be sent to you in 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Our Pharmacists Will Not Answer Questions Regarding:

  • Advice for diagnosis or treatment in the event of an injury or emergency. In such cases, please call a physician or 911.
  • Information regarding poisonings. For such information, call your local poison control center.
  • Information related to illegal or illicit drug use.
