Shipping OptionsWe can ship your prescriptions to your home or office!NEW! Click here to view the UPS Ground service map. Enter 63117 in the zip code field. Choose option "Shipped from this zip code" and press the "Submit" button. A color-coded map will display typical delivery time for Ground service for all 50 states. Delivery Options:For your convenience, we offer the following shipping options. Because US Mail cannot be tracked and therefore cannot be guaranteed, our preferred shipping method is UPS. Note that UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes. All packages are based on 1 lb. Heavier packages will generate an additional charge. All packages outside the Continental U.S. will generate higher shipping fees. In addition, a $1.60 fee will be added to shipping charges when "NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED" is specifically requested. Effective January 1, 2008: The following shipping rates apply to 1 pound packages only and include $100 of insurance. Additional insurance will be applied to the purchase for an additional $1.80 per each increment of $100 if the value of the package is between $101 - $400, then $0.70 per each increment of $100 if package is over the value of $400. Note: If additional insurance is applicable and the patient is a receipent of free shipping per any current promotions, the patient is responsible for the price of insurance.
PaymentBellevue Pharmacy accepts:Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Cashiers Check, and Money Order. InsuranceBellevue Pharmacy will direct bill your insurance provider whenever possible. As a service to you, we can verify your insurance eligibility and co-pay amount. We can bill your insurance provider in order to minimize your out of pocket expense. If you wish to use this service, you will need to provide us with a copy of the front and back of your current prescription drug and /or insurance card. This can be faxed to: 314-727-2830 or 800-458-9182. Below is a list of just some of the insurance programs that we work with. If you do not see your provider listed, please contact Bellevue Pharmacy at 800-728-0288. We are always adding new insurance programs.
Return PolicyBellevue Pharmacy has a "No return policy" on all custom compounded medications, commercially available prescriptions and supplements. Once a medication has left the pharmacy by any method, the cost of the medication will not be refunded, and cannot be accepted for re-use. Compounded medications are customized to your doctor's exact specifications for you and cannot be reused. When a patient requests an automatic refill on a scheduled time frame, the medication is also non-returnable. We require a one-week notification of any change in medications, shipping address, or billing information. Once you notify Bellevue Pharmacy of any change, every attempt will be made to stop the preparation and shipping of your medication. If your order has already been shipped from Bellevue Pharmacy, it is non-returnable and no refund will be issued. |
