Leanna Strubberg

Customer Service Team Lead, CPhT

Leanna has 2 years of college courses and is a certified pharmacy technician for 6 years, practicing as a pharmacy technician for 9 years. She is well versed in third party prescription insurance, medicare/medicaid billing, and pharmacy nomenclature from which she draws experience as one of our prescription order entry technicians. In the past, she held senior pharmacy technician and assistant manager positions at a major retail pharmacy chain. In a previous position, she was resposible for compounding medications for a skilled care pharmacy.

Lavette Graham-Wright

Customer Service Technician

In 1996, Lavette completed the pharmacy technician program at the St. Louis College of Health Careers. She has also taken several nursing classes. Lavette currently attends Columbia College as a part-time student and she hopes to receive her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice in 2010. She has 10 years experience working in pharmacy, including a pharmacy facility which supplied area nursing homes. Her position at Bellevue Pharmacy includes data entry, phone answering, and order management.

Ashley Johnson

Customer Service Technician

Ashley has 2 years of college courses in nursing and 7 years of customer service experience. In the past, she has worked with physicians and nurses at a rehabilitation hosptial transcribing orders and assisting patients. Her position at Bellevue Pharmacy includes data entry, third party billing, and order management.

Tina Jacobs

Customer Service Technician

Tina has 13 years of pharmacy experience and over 15 years of customer service experience. She has taken several pharmacy technician and nursing classes. She is responsible for answering phones, data entry, and processing doctor office orders.

Mignon Couzart

Customer Service Technician

Mignon is currently attending Forest Park College working towards an English degree. She has 13 years pharmacy and customer service experience. Her responsibilities include answering phones, data entry, and third party billing.

Vicky Golightly

Operations Team Lead, CPhT

Vicky has 23 valuable years of pharmacy experience. She received her pharmacy technician certification in 2006. Vicky is responsible for management of 4 technicians as team lead of the Operations department. Her duties include training of new employees, data entry of walk-in patients, inventory management, and oversight of shipping department. She is very familiar with third party relations, pharmacy nomenclature, and problem-solving to help patients with their prescriptions.

Dawn Morgan

Dispensing Technician

Dawn has over 7 years of medical experience including medical records processing and a major retail pharmacy chain. She is responsible for the fulfillment of medication orders, helping with inventory control, drug ordering, and other operational activities as needed such as balancing the cash register at the end of the day.

Lenora Harris

Dispensing Technician

Lenora's pharmacy career started in 1986 at a major retail pharmacy where she learned basic pharmacy skills. Lenora has since worked in other retail settings acquiring other skills which complement her previous experiences. Lenora fills prescriptions on a daily basis while assisting walk-in patients with their questions and assists with some order management.

Judy Remphry

Dispensing Technician

Judy is the face that greets our local St. Louis patients. She ensures that the needs of patients arriving at the pharmacy are met in a timely fashion and that they have a positive experience when visiting Bellevue Pharmacy. In addition, she is responsible for prescription fulfillment and manages our OTC medications.

Sara Reyna-Byler

Patient Care Coordinator

Sara received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Foreign Languages from Bellarmine University in Louisville, KY, in 2005. She went on to study philosophy at Trinity College, which is a part of the University of Dublin, Ireland, and received her Master of Philosophy in Women's Studies in February 2007. Sara also has four years combined retail/office experience prior to starting her position at Bellevue Pharmacy. Sara's responsibilities include helping new patients with the initial process of starting bioidentical hormone therapy. She walks patients through the saliva test kit ordering, filling out patient history forms, and scheduling consultations with pharmacists. In addition, Sara coordinates and maintains patient follow-up with the pharmacists.

Galina Alexiev

Compounding Technician, CPhT

Galina’s primary responsibility is compounding prescription medications and specializes in preparation of hormonal pellets for intradermal use. Galina practiced as a master’s level pharmacist for 30 years in Bulgaria and Austria prior to immigrating to the United States. She is currently a certified pharmacy technician, and plans to pursue pharmacist licensure in the United States.

Zurab (Zuryk) Gakhutishvili

Compounding Team Lead, CPhT

Zuryk graduated from Maryville University of St. Louis, MO, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and minor in Chemistry in 2005. His work experience includes several years as a Quality Control Research technician and four years as a pharmacy technician in a retail setting. His primary responsibilities include preparation of compounded prescriptions including: sublingual tablets, creams, capsules, gels, ointments, and pellets, which draw from his background in the sciences.

Mary Monken

Compounding Technician, CPhT

Mary's role at Bellevue Pharmacy is the preparation of compounded prescriptons, including: sublingual tablets, creams, capsules, gels, ointments, sterile compounds and pellets. With over 17 years experience, Mary also assists in formulations and is proficient in aseptic technique. She has completed training in the following programs:

- PCCA Compounding Techniques, Feb 1999
- ACVP Training Program for Veterinary Prescriptions, Mar 2000
- PCCA Aseptic Compounding Techniques, Aug 2004

Sandy York

Compounding Technician, CPhT

Sandy's primary responsibility is compounding of prescriptions sublingual tablets, creams, capsules, gels and ointments. Sandy has 2 years of previous retail experience and focused on chemistry while attending St. Louis Community College.

Mary Case

Administrative Coordinator, Accounting and Business Operations, CPhT

On a day to day basis, Mary manages a variety of tasks including: pharmacy sales reports, accounts receivable and supports special projects. She is responsible for payroll, special physician orders and other business communication tools.

Erin Harrington

Marketing Manager

Erin completed her Bachelor of Science in Marketing at Maryville University in St. Louis, MO 2007. Erin's responsibilities include assisting with marketing initiatives, website updates, eNews publishing, new physician management, and trade show preparations.

Michelle Cady

Administrative Assistant

Michelle has 3 years pharmacy experience and 7 years of customer service experience. Michelle assists with Marketing and Business Operations. Her responsibilities include website updates, eNews publishing, new physician management, trade show preparations, accounts receivable, pharmacy sales reports, and special products.

Brandi Clear

Account Manager

Brandi graduated from Spring Hill College with a Bachelor degree in Marketing. Brandi represents Bellevue Pharmacy to a regional territory of physicians and other healthcare providers through personal contacts and national trade shows. Her duties include the support and growth of Bellevue Pharmacy’s existing account base. She accomplishes this by creating awareness of Bellevue Pharmacy’s products and services.
